Team Savannah for Veterans

Team Savannah for Veterans (TS4V) is a 501C3 Veteran Nonprofit dedicated to helping local Veterans. Team Savannah for Veterans focuses on helping Veterans in the Savannah/Low Country area. TS4V is a hands-on group assisting Veterans through peer support, manual labor, and providing essential items that Veterans may need to limit stress in their lives. Our goal is to create an environment for our local Veterans to feel like they are a part of a family.

The team consists of Veterans, family members of Veterans, and civilians. Many individuals on the team have found some of the closest friends they have had for a while. The team's focus is not only our mission to help Veterans, but we also focus on our team members' wellbeing. When we are not doing projects and events, the team spends time creating camaraderie.

Eat Learn Play

Join us for a fun-filled day at the Pickleball Eat, Learn, Play event at Scott Stell Park on 3 May from 12-4 pm! Enjoy a delicious BBQ while learning the ins and outs of pickleball, and get ready to play some exciting matches. Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, there's something for everyone. Dont ’t miss out on the fun and community spirit!

Paint the Stigma

Paint the Stigma is back! This event is aimed at raising awareness about mental health among military veterans and providing them with a fun way to release stress through paintball. Unfortunately, there is a stigma around mental health in the military community, which often discourages veterans from seeking help. Furthermore, there is a misconception that all veterans are broken and prone to sudden outbursts, which is not true.

You can purchase pre-sale tickets for the Jerseys and tech shirts until May 1st. The event promises to be a great opportunity for veterans to relieve stress and communicate with one another about mental health. Each ticket costs $40 per person and includes rental equipment and 500 paintballs. Alternatively, if you bring your own equipment, you can get 500 paintballs for just $30 per person. However, we only have a limited number of rentals available, so be sure to sign up early to secure your rental equipment. After the paintball event, we will all gather together for lunch. This is a great chance to socialize, meet new people, and have some fun. So, if you're feeling stressed and don't know how to blow off steam, or if you want to get back at some coworkers, this is the perfect opportunity to do so. Looking to be a Member?

Team Savannah for Veterans is a non-profit organization. There is no individual that receives any type of compensation from the organization. By this, we mean that there is no individual on the payroll, all individuals pay for their merchandise, and the work that they do is through our members. We understand that in today's world, we all live very busy lives to be able to provide for our families, therefore we greatly appreciate every minute that you can provide. Our team is always looking for more members and one thing we want to stress to people looking towards becoming a member is that it is based on your own time. As a member, you are not required to attend any event or meeting, we just ask that you provide your support whenever you can. Without members, our organization cannot continue to support our veterans.
